Our "Confucius Cares" team member were gathered at Central Park to participate in the American Cancer Society – Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk 2008.

This is the 3rd year for our team members to participate in this walk. The weather was much colder than the previous years.

First, we took some group pictures and began the walk at 10am. We were filled with energies and walked the 5 miles around Central Park within 2 ½ hours. We had fun and all were proud to show that we cared.

We raised over $6500 from our friends and relatives for this cause supporting breast cancer research. We would like to thank all the people who spiritually and financially supported us, especially to all the Confucius, Mannings and Mannings 8th Ave staff who had to work at the stores and were not able to share the positive energies with us that morning.
